Amazing courier service. Particularly Vishal. I was rushing to ship a gift to UK. Their store closes at 7pm I got there at 6:48pm. Vishal was very patient and helpful. He knows the products and services of DHL. Explained to me the process. What to expect and the details for the shipping. Vishal was able to finish the transaction at 6:58pm. The process went smooth and Vishal delivered ! Thanks Vishal for all your help. I highly recommend going straight to the DHL shipping store and kot to the 3rd party. More power. Highly recommend this DHL at 10 Lombard toronto shipping store.

They suck 😭😭💔😔 my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday 😞💔 but it hasn't come yet 🧐
I never thought I’d be impressed by a courier service location but my experience today compelled me to leave a review.
First off, Vishal greeted us kindly (which is rare in itself as most courier staff feel rushed to interact with you). Then, after hearing we wanted to send important documents internationally, he went through some offers and discounted rates, as well as explaining the various add-on features. Once we decided on our options, he was meticulous in how he packaged everything, including placing an additional plastic covering to protect the paper label we added on in Chinese. His attention to detail and top-notch service really elevated the entire shipping experience.
I would highly recommend this location if you want your package handled with care.

I had a disappointing experience picking up an international parcel at the DHL location on 10 Lombard St.
I understand that DHL employees must follow identity verification procedures and customs requirements. However, the way my situation was handled by an associate named Vishal felt unnecessarily intimidating and unprofessional.
He repeatedly told me he was “taking the risk” by releasing my package, that he could “get in a lot of trouble,” and referenced fraud multiple times, which made me feel like I was being treated as a suspect rather than a customer. I also had to explain that I’m transgender and that the name I use for online shopping does not always match my legal ID. A respectful explanation of the policy would have been far more appropriate.
During the interaction, Vishal also appeared to be using his phone instead of giving me his full attention.
I fully support identity verification procedures, but customer service matters. Policies can be enforced professionally, respectfully, and without making customers feel accused or shamed. I hope DHL provides additional training on respectful communication, especially when assisting customers whose chosen names may differ from their legal identification.
Edit: Went back to ask for his name. You guys are lucky to have Vishal!!
The gentlemen on duty Monday morning was an absolute gem. Amazing customer service! Thank you
