Sadly wanted to spend a gift card I won for a pair of golf shoes, but surprised that a store this size does not have a single pair of size 13 shoes. When I asked the sales person if he could order some for a pick up he told me that I need to give a specific pair and he would look. 30 minutes of back and forth and not possible to get a shoe size 13. Next day I ordered a pair online for home delivery from Golf town, and this order was returned 24 hours later without any explanation. Sadly Golf Town is not what it used to be
Liam was very helpful. Thank you Liam for your help!

This is my local Golf Town, I recently went in with the idea of just getting some tees and the bogo gloves deal.
As it happens, I needed to fill a gap in my bag and so I started looking at a 3 hybrid. John S helped me out, gave me several options and let me try them all on the sim. He also took extra time to give me some really helpful tips on how to correct my out-to-in swing pattern, which was extremely useful as a person just getting back into golf after a long hiatus. Highly recommend talking to John if you are looking at clubs!

I had a great experience at Studio X with Tyler. He helped me get my P790 irons dialed in and figured out that the lofts needed to be adjusted, which made a noticeable difference in my distance and consistency. He also helped me find and change to a grip that feels much better in my hands. Tyler was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was set up properly for my swing. Really appreciate all the help and would definitely recommend Tyler and Studio X to anyone looking to get their clubs properly dialed in!

Came in to buy a putter and left without one after 30 minutes of being ignored. To be clear, the store was not busy or short staffed. I counted at least five staff walking around, none of them rushed.
No one approached me for the first 10 minutes. When I finally asked a rep, he told me to get it gripped and they'd run the order at the pro shop. I waited there, rang the bell twice, and nothing. A few young staff asked if I'd been helped, said someone would come, and walked off.
One of them sent me to the front to pay first, which was the opposite of what I'd been told. The front sent me back to the pro shop. Nobody walked with me either time. I had a $500 putter in my hand the entire time, ready to buy.
Back at the pro shop, an older staff member helped the man ahead of me (fair enough), then left with him, came back, and helped someone else at the simulator beside the shop. Never once acknowledged I was standing there waiting.
I gave up, passed my feedback to the woman at the front desk, and left. This wasn't a staffing problem. It was a nobody-taking-ownership problem.
