  Completed a full bag fitting with Shaun. Casual experience, low pressure and informative. The fitting area was crazy hot. Golf town needs to put some fans up. Bring a water bottle. They also need a sign indicating their washrooms. Fitting was interrupted multiple times by customers asking where the bathroom was.

  Picked up a few new clubs today. Thanks to the younger guy John (I think his name was) for helping me out in store. I appreciate that they are hiring younger kids for summer jobs 👍

  Pretty disappointed in the service. Went to the back service shop and two employees walked past me without asking asking me to hold tight for someone to help me. Asked a couple people for help and they said they would get someone. Waited 20 mins before someone asked me if I needed help. They called for help and no one came. 10 mins later someone came to help but they didn’t know how to write up the service order so asked someone else for help. Didn’t end up getting help and walked away as no one came. There were a ton of staff standing around. It wasn’t busy
