I don't know whether this is the the sorting center Why on earth are DHL using tforce logistics as last mile couriers and then marking the package as delivered? Package got lost in the system, then marked as destroyed and undeliverable after sending multiple delivery inquiries. The package might as well have been drop kicked across the US border

They're very helpful at this location, and will make sure your paperwork is correct. Some other drop-off locations just take the package and hand it over to the DHL driver, and assume that the paperwork is done properly. It's just a small trailer in the northwest corner of the parking lot, but we've been using this drop-off spot for months, and it's the only one we trust. As a bonus, there's a Tim Horton's in the same parking lot.
