  The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Hwy 401 interchange but the room was surprisingly quiet. The included breakfast offered good options and was somewhat busy when we ate. Service was excellent, including an early check in which enabled me to check in, then attend an event, and a phone call after checkout to notify us of forgotten items.

  They were really nice to us, the front desk people were really helpful and it's exactly how the room is that is on their page, I think y'all should try it

  We stayed at the Best Western the night of our wedding and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience afterwards. My husband accidentally left his suit in the room after checkout. We immediately tried calling the hotel multiple times — at least 100 attempts — to ask the staff to set it aside for us, only to later discover that the phone number listed online was incorrect. When we finally returned to the hotel, the jacket had thankfully been set aside. However, the cash that we are certain was left in the suit pocket was missing. We brought this concern to both the staff and management, but were simply told that there was nothing they could do. After such a special occasion (our wedding night), this experience left us feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. We appreciate that the jacket was recovered, but the lack of accountability, communication, and support from management was upsetting.

  I spoke to the front staff man and advised him I would have my service dog. He said he would need an official document for my dog. He told me he has a usual client that stays there that shows him documents. I said that unless the person is blind there are no official documents. There is no government official documents given for service dogs in Ontario. He also cut me off said “okay thank you.” I began talking again he raised his voice and then hung up on me. Do not go here. EXTREMELY RUDE. He is requesting something that doesnt exist in Ontario.
