  We had a fantastic experience at this Best Buy location. The team here is excellent—super welcoming, patient, and ready to help you in every way they can. They really go above and beyond to make your shopping experience more than better instead of just a standard retail trip. Largely thanks to Sharleen. She is genuinely one of the best people I’ve met in the Best Buy chain, and her customer service and dedication are outstanding. I highly recommend this store branch for your next purchase!

  Sharleen was very helpful. I didn't realize my Rogers plan was about to expire until she asked about what I currently have in order to find me the best deal. She then suggested I go ask the Rogers desk how much I'll pay after it expires - to my shock, the plan was expiring 1 month earlier than they communicated in email. So, Sharleen saved me from the headache I was bound to have from having to call Rogers about the unexpected high charges that would show on my card in a couple weeks. Her manager was very nice as well. Thanks Sharleen and team!
