  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Bishaka and Michael at Best Buy expressI recently purchased two new phones, an iPhone 17 Pro Max and an iPhone 17 Pro, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Bishaka and Michael were incredibly friendly, helpful, patient, and professional. They made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and I truly felt like they cared about making sure I was completely satisfied. Honestly, this was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Thank you, Bishaka and Michael, for making my experience such a great one. I really appreciate all your help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service at Best Buy.

  Stay away from this Best Buy Mobile. I went in for an iPhone pre-order on Bell and dealt with an associate named Michael. The guy had zero clue what he was doing and dragged a basic process for 1.5 hours, only to claim I wasn’t eligible. Right after, I walked into another carrier store and they got the exact same pre-order approved in under 10 minutes with the exact same documents. Complete incompetence and absolute disregard for customers' time. Don't waste your day here—go directly to a carrier store instead.
