  This store has outstanding employees, particularly Diba, who is exceptionally helpful and amazing. The staff are incredibly awesome; they are patient, polite, and kind to customers. I highly recommend this shop or store. God bless you.

  Warning to Future Customers’ I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy location. I went to the store to purchase one phone. However, when I received my bill by email, I was shocked to see unexpected charges. I contacted Best Buy customer service, and they confirmed that a second phone had been opened under my account. I don’t speak English well, and I believe my limited English made it difficult for me to fully understand the documents I was asked to sign. Please make sure you carefully review everything before signing and ask for language assistance if you need it. I have already reported this employee to Best Buy customer service, and I expect a full investigation. If this matter is not resolved, I will pursue all legal options available to me, including reporting the matter to the police if necessary. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can be more careful and avoid going through the same situation.

  I urgently needed a device to back up a huge amount of important work files before switching to a new laptop, and I was terrified of losing my data. I went to the Best Buy Express Dufferin, explained my situation to Maria, and she was incredible! She helped me choose this Seagate hard drive, which has been excellent and offers amazing value for exactly what I needed. Thank you so much Maria for the guidance and peace of mind!   I recently switched to Bell, and the whole experience was much easier than I expected. As a newcomer, I really appreciated how patient and helpful the staff were in explaining my options and helping me choose a plan that fits my budget. The best part was being able to keep my phone number without any issues. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. A special thank you to Maria for her excellent customer service, professionalism, and kindness. She made the whole process simple and stress-free. Thanks as well to the entire Bell team for such a great experience. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Bell and Maria’s attention! Hace poco me cambié a Bell y la experiencia fue mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. Como recién llegada a Canadá, agradecí mucho la paciencia y la amabilidad del personal para explicarme las diferentes opciones y ayudarme a elegir un plan que se ajustara a mi presupuesto. Lo mejor fue que pude conservar mi número de teléfono sin ningún inconveniente. Todo el proceso fue muy sencillo y sin complicaciones. Muchas gracias a María por su excelente atención, profesionalismo y amabilidad. Hizo que todo el proceso fuera fácil y sin estrés.   My experience at this store was extremely disappointing. I went there only to purchase two iPhones, but during the process, a mobile phone plan was activated without being clearly explained to me. I signed the documents believing they were only related to the purchase of the phones. I was assisted by the store manager, Gagan, and I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. When I realized what had happened and requested to cancel the plan, I faced significant resistance and was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee for the lines. After insisting and learning more about my consumer rights, I was eventually able to resolve part of the issue, but the entire experience was stressful and even affected my credit history. I strongly recommend that customers read every document carefully before signing and ask for a clear explanation of everything they are agreeing to. Based on the way I was treated and my overall experience, I do not recommend this store to anyone.
