  I placed an order with Best Buy, received a confirmation email, and later received an email saying the order was ready for pickup. Then, unexpectedly, the order was cancelled. I’ve filed a formal complaint with Best Buy but still haven’t received any response. The whole situation makes absolutely no sense, and the lack of transparency is extremely frustrating. What makes this even more concerning is that scalpers somehow seem to have access to high-demand products and are able to resell them at significant markups, while legitimate customers are having confirmed orders cancelled. It raises questions about how these products are being allocated and whether there are conflicts of interest or improper practices happening behind the scenes. I’m not making accusations without evidence, but Best Buy should seriously investigate its ordering, inventory, and employee-purchasing processes. Customers deserve to know that products are being distributed fairly and that no one with inside access is benefiting at their expense. Very disappointing experience and a serious lack of transparency.

  I had an amazing experience at this store with Tanashree, she helped us get home internet and it was very smooth and fast. i am so happy with her service. I definitely recommend her for any home internet or phone deals.

  Went here to get wifi for my partner’s new apartment, was greeted by friendly staff and received amazing service; specifically from Victor, a sales rep. Victor was so kind, he helped me and my partner find the right plan for us and even noticed that we were overpaying for our current phone bill and helped us save over $40 per month with a new phone and wifi package 🤞 9.5/10 experience, will definitely be returning here for my tech needs— the only thing missing would be seeing Victor more often haha, that guy definitely needs a raise! I included a photo of Victor so you guys know who to ask for! I took it candidly because I thought it was a good angle— he is okay with the photo as well of course 👍🏼
