I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location, which has resulted in me losing my money for an item I never received and could never collect.
While visiting Toronto for the FIFA World Cup, I went to purchase an electronic device in-store on July 15. Since it was out of stock, an associate placed an online order for me and explicitly showed me an estimated arrival date of July 16 on their monitor, assuring me it would "100% be here by July 17." Because I had a fixed flight home on July 18, I relied on this commitment.
The device was actually shipped from Edmonton, not Toronto, pushing the delivery date to July 20, well after my departure. When I returned to the physical store on July 16 to address this delay, staff passed me around, gave conflicting answers, and claimed they couldn't cancel the order while it was in transit. However, they assured me I could simply call them later to cancel it.
That turned out to be completely false. After returning home, the runaround got even worse:
Corporate Customer Support claimed they couldn't cancel or refund the order on their end and referred me back to the store.
The Store completely backtracked on their phone advice, insisting that I must physically present my original card in-person at their location to cancel and receive a refund.
The store set up this order in a way that blocks standard remote cancellations. Knowing I was visiting from abroad and cannot simply walk back into a Canadian storefront, they are effectively holding my money hostage for an item I do not have.
Zero accountability, misleading delivery promises, false instructions, unprofessional staff remarks, and a system designed to trap international visitors. Avoid this location.
