Be careful and double-check the price at checkout. The amount charged did not match the price displayed on the shelf. The headphones are fine, but the pricing was misleading. I'm sharing this so others don't have the same experience.

I went to this best buy over the weekend looking to purchase some airpod 3 pros and from the moment I entered an employee was looking at me weird and was very unenthusiastic. When it came time for me to pay she asked me if the debit card I was paying with was mine and asked for ID after I got my PIN wrong.
I visited this Best Buy for the first time, and it was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Mike was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the best deal while providing honest and helpful advice. He made the entire experience smooth and stress free.
The whole team was professional, friendly, and welcoming. It’s rare to come across such outstanding service these days, and this location has definitely become my go to Best Buy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a team that truly cares about their customers!
I had a wonderful experience with Mike at Best Buy. I came in looking for a DVD player so I could watch a wedding video that had recently been recovered after more than 20 years. The associate who helped me was incredibly kind, genuinely interested in my story, and shared in my excitement.
He took the time to help me find what I needed, explained available deals, and even let me know about Bell customer offers that could benefit me. His friendliness and enthusiasm made what was already a very emotional day even more memorable.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I switched and activated multiple new lines based on a promotion that offered a gift card for each new line. After the sale was completed, I was told I would only receive one gift card because the store was seeing fraud cases.
That is not what was advertised when I agreed to the activations. A company cannot change the terms of a promotion after the sale has been completed and expect customers to accept it. Because of this experience, I cancelled my other two lines and returned to my original provider. I do not want to stay with a company that refuses to honor its promotions and changes the terms after the sale.
I have kept all of my receipts and documentation related to the promotion and activations. The store manager also stated that the gift card would be held for three months. If the company has any questions or concerns regarding this matter, they are welcome to contact me directly.
Very disappointing experience and a complete loss of trust.
