Raghav has amazing customer service, really was great help to me. I went to 2 other stores before and got no help like he did. Truly Amazing!

Raghav is an exceptional professional and a model employee. He was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the best earbuds option based on what I was looking for. Customer service was excellent, with great listening and acknowledgement about the products.

I had a wonderful experience with Best Buy Yorkdale. Cruz was professional and so nice to us. The quality of service exceeded our expectation and I will definitely come back there whenever we need to buy something for our gadgets. Cruz did a great job!

I called ahead to make sure a product was in stock and they said yes when it wasn’t. Wasted an hour driving parking and walking. Do not trust their staff and don’t waste your time. Go anywhere else.
