  Negin helped my partner and I get a very affordable, premium internet and phone plan! Her guest service was excellent, she very clearly explained what our options were and got us the best deal possible. I was initially looking for a coaxial cable because my old internet provider was not providing good service and we were troubleshooting. She asked about our plan and provided a much better option. After looking at other service providers with my partner, we realized that the plan offered here was miles ahead of anything else for the price and returned here to sign up the next day. Negin was so communicative and helpful, it was awesome to get on a plan right away. Thank you Negin for all your help! 🙏

  Best Buy has always been my favorite store—even when I don't need anything, I usually find myself walking in! I've generally had good experiences here, but unfortunately, on two separate occasions, staff members stood right in front of me and spoke about my request in a non-English language. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this to improve customer service

  I had an excellent experience at Best Buy, thanks to the outstanding help I received from the store manager, Abu Said. He went above and beyond to assist me and made sure my concerns were fully addressed. Abu Said is a great problem solver, very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and incredibly fast. He took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and find the best possible solution for me. His helpful attitude, strong customer-service skills, and dedication truly made a difference. Even during a busy time, he remained calm, respectful, and focused on making sure I was satisfied. It is clear that Abu Said genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. His professionalism and willingness to help are excellent examples of what outstanding leadership and customer service should look like. I am extremely happy with my experience and very grateful for all of his help. Best Buy is fortunate to have such a wonderful manager. I highly recommend visiting this store and speaking with Abu Said if you need assistance. He deserves recognition for his exceptional service!
