  About Best Buy. I had very bad experience on June 13. Luckily Saturday 2300 young st. There were two nice girls to meet me. I wanted to buy a laptop for my birthday on 17th After bla-bla-bla I picked one I liked. Apple. Then it’s started! Who is your provider? How much you pay? Get 100$ off to your new laptop! switch to bell. Tv and more! Much cheaper!! Feeling my soft side they started to to go pressing me again to switch to bell after all I wasn’t ready to think about it. After all I came back and buy a full price Lap top. I did forget my credit card.

  Abu the store manager was so helpful! I’d been considering switching phone providers, but had been hesitant because it was a bit of a hassle. He made it super smooth, and helped me save a tonne on my monthly bill while helping me get even better service / data. Thank you so much helping me set everything up end to end!

  I had a wonderful experience at Best Buy Express at Yonge & Eglinton. Negin provided exceptional customer service! I was looking to buy a speaker and mentioned that I'm not very tech-savvy. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful. She reassured me not to worry and even offered to help pair the speaker with my phone and set everything up for me. It's rare to find someone who is so kind and genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you, Negin, for making the experience so easy and enjoyable. Excellent service and a great customer experience!

  This was the best technology experience ever! Negin, in training with Abu, the store manager, was stepped through the very complicated acquisition of a new phone for me, a 76-year-old grandmother whose previous experience in phone stores was not goid. This was FUN!!! Everything was explained in plain English, both Negin and Abu were very patient and never lost their sense of humour. I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

  Huge thanks to Biva at Yonge Eglingon Centre - Best Buy Express branch for assisting me in setting me up with my new data + device plan with Bell. She has been so helpful, she was looking for the best plans that I can get in a much good value. I love how good she is in what she’s doing. I would highly recommend to seek for her service when you happen to visit this branch. Also, Harsimar has been great too! She was able to help in completing the port request. I’d highly recommend her too!
