  I had an amazing experience with Dhruv as he was genuinely interested in helping me to find the best solution for my needs. He took time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood all the options available. What stood out most was his knowledge and positive attitude. He never made me feel rushed and was always happy to help. It's rare to come across someone who combines great customer service with such strong product knowledge.

  I'm standing waiting and waiting. One employee on staff. All he has done since I arrived is continue to chat up a girl he's hitting on. Whilst I typed this additional customers have come in. He is still hitting on the girl and ignoring us all .
