  Sales associate Linh is either too comfortable in her job or doesn’t care about it. An absolutely terrible customer service by her, she doesn’t know her products, yells at customers. She tarnished an already weak reputation of the BB even further .

  I had an amazing experience with Dhruv as he was genuinely interested in helping me to find the best solution for my needs. He took time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood all the options available. What stood out most was his knowledge and positive attitude. He never made me feel rushed and was always happy to help. It's rare to come across someone who combines great customer service with such strong product knowledge.
