  I needed to buy a charger urgently and rush to get on my train. I expressed this. Employee seemed helpful and polite enough. He goes into the backroom to get the charger model he recommended. I thank him for his help and decline the receipt (pretty standard I think for most customers). I get on the train, it doesn't work. Yay!! I just paid 60 bucks for a nonfunctional brick! No receipt to return it either! Just took a quick look at the other 1-star reviews and a number of them also mention faulty purchases, conflict with the return process or other issues. Very unfortunate. Hopefully this review helps other people in the future.

  As a frequent customer at Best Buy, I was disappointed with my recent experience at the Union store. I approached an employee to ask about a charger and the return policy because I was buying it for a friend and wanted to be sure it would work. Instead of being helpful, the employee seemed completely uninterested. When I asked about returns, he pointed me toward the written policies and said, “Hey man, I don’t make the policies, it’s the company. If you return it and it’s open, we can’t”. This statement came across as misleading and unnecessarily dismissive. Rather than helping clarify the policy, the interaction felt like he simply wanted to avoid assisting me. What made the experience worse was that he quickly turned away and started chatting with another colleague while I was still trying to understand my options. As a customer, especially a frequent buyer, I expect basic professionalism and accurate information not false or intimidating statements that discourage purchases. It may have been a small item, but the interaction left me with a sense of distrust toward the store and its customer service standards. This is not the level of experience I would expect from a reputable brand like Best Buy.

  I recently visited the Best Buy Express at Union and purchased an iPhone 17 Pro. My overall experience was excellent. Rahul assisted me with the purchase and went above and beyond to help with some altercations that came up afterwards. His professionalism and willingness to ensure I was satisfied made a big difference in my shopping experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for efficient and friendly service.
