  What makes a store great is its team. I had a wonderful experience at this store today. Niro, Nikki, Steve and other staff members provided me with the most friendly and supportive customer service I've had in years. If in-store shopping can beat online shopping in any way, it's the compassion and the human touch. This is my go-to store for tech from now on.

  Was checking out today and was asked for my email and phone number, as if i was being signed up for something and sure enough the associate was signing me up for a bestbuy account. She did not ask for my consent. Didn't even let me know that it was for opening an account until I asked. Even then she was reluctant and said that I can just unsubscribe from marketing emails if I don't want to get them. Will not be shopping here in the future.

  Tonight we bought a TV and playstation. Nofal was an incredible help. He offers patience, solutions and ease during the process. He was very knowledgeable about the items and quick to find alternatives when out of stock of a certain TV. Nofal is the kind of salesperson who leaves a lasting impression on your shopping experience!

  I had an awful awful time with this employee here. He was very very rude zero customer service what so ever. He even went as far to ask me why I’m asking to save 70$ for a price match to me that’s a lot as a paying customer. He was tensing his fists and could not handle the pressure for this job. Even tho the wonderful manager handled it perfectly I will not come back here again due to the lack of respect and customer service for customers. The manager apologized confirmed with me he would fix this but I think it should go above him because this employee is making a very very bad name for this location. Thanks

  Went in not knowing anything! A young man helped me find buy and install what I needed. Very helpful very nice, and he went above and beyond. Will be back soon 😊. He even explained how to use everything.
