  Really like their return policy. No questions asked. Also, if BB rolls out a discount scheme on any product you bought before the offer, they will adjust the price upto 60 days after you bought.

  Went in store to buy a smart watch, figured it'd be good to support physical retail, and maybe a knowledgeable associate could answer some questions for me and I'd be able to make sure I was getting the right watch today. Proceeded to stand around in store with not an employee in sight. Took my sunglasses and headphones off to make it clear I wanted to speak to someone and stood by the product I wanted to buy. The only employee I glimpsed was the back of the head of the guy who walked around me, ignored my existence, picked up a clipboard and presumably disappeared to where ever all the other sales associates were, too. Last time I'll bother going to a best buy.

  Pry helped me place a large order for appliances and tvs. He was excellent at explaining all the different warranties and even gave me good recommendations for appliances. When it came to packaging the order all up I got good savings and felt very taken care of. Overall very patient with me and all my questions and a nice experience. Thank you Pry!!!! - lana

  Earlier today, I had an amazing experience at the Best Buy at Larid. I was looking for a laptop and met two phenomenal employees, Batul and Sinan. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly, helping me find a great quality laptop for school and gaming. I highly recommend visiting them if you’re interested in purchasing a laptop!

  I wet to the Store to buy something- they did not have in stock they promised a delivery date - it has come and past the response from Best Buy is it is the carrier not their problem - I don’t have item I did not chose the carrier (Purolator) and I am out the product I need no one cares I need it bad enough that now I have to go somewhere else and buy it- Best Buy not a e-commerce company but lack of stock make it not a good bricks and mortar company - not certain how they will make out long term
