  Excellent service at Apple Store, Sherway Gardens by Anann After returning for the third time to resolve an issue with our Belkin screen protector replacement, we were finally assisted by an outstanding employee named Anann. The first two visits were frustrating, as we were told to go online and request the replacement ourselves through Belkin’s lifetime warranty system. Unfortunately, Belkin’s process is extremely complicated, unfriendly, and difficult to navigate. On our third visit, Anann went above and beyond. He listened, understood our situation, and took ownership of the problem. He advocated for us, persisted through the challenges, and ensured the replacement was completed right there in-store. Without his patience and determination, we would not have gotten through the process. Considering the premium cost of Apple products, the customer service should reflect that standard. Thank you, Anann, for your professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service. Apple Sherway Gardens is fortunate to have you.

  Catherine was fantastic! Greeted us right away and helped us out. We bought an iPhone 17 and a MacBook, easiest purchase process ever. She was super friendly and Apple is super lucky to have her :)

  I’m unsatisfied with their service. They can’t resolve my issues, which is frustrating because they don’t have an answer to why my phone is getting hotter and my battery life is messed up. The technician came with the same problem. When I asked him to check the logs, he said he didn’t have them. This is the worst experience I’ve had with them. If you don’t have the right tools or access, why are you even there?

  Came with this broken mic which is bought a couple of months ago n in order to get replace or fix takes for ever . U waited half hour for customer service n then they take another half hour n more to decide what they gona do ? Service quality has changed over the years I remember when we come with broken mic they instantly swap new one. On one question ask . But is like another electronic store . I remember my Frd bought iPod frm Japan n they replace new one in India . Those good days r gone . POV if they break don’t go to store it’s not worth it. $30 head phone waiting hour plus to serve ????
