  Always a great time with the best food at East Side Mario’s in Timmins. Cat made sure we had lots of bread and soup to leave the place way too stuffed

  I'm writing as I sit in the establishment. We were not created warmly to say the least it seems like we are bothering her by showing up. I'm here with my mom.and with an almost empty restaurant. We are waiting long periods of time to be served. I'm a former Chef. And if the front of house gives this energy. I'm almost afraid to see what the energy is in the back of house. We arrived about 3:30. And my order was only just taken it's 3:56. I have to say that I have eaten at many Eastside Mario's I remember the first one in Toronto. I can't remember ever waiting a half hour just to give my order. People who are arriving are getting the service I expected. By the same server. The only server wearing Red. Honestly this is very much not the Eastside Mario's hospitality that I have come to know over the years. As a former Chef and food professional.this is not acceptable. I ordered the Canadian calzone,. I'm not sure if I'm just upset with the way the server is behaving and honestly I don't like her tone with us.but the food is not as I remember it's almost flavorless. This expirereince is very much in enjoyable. There will be no tip rendered for this unprofessional behavior. I'm personally trying not to say anything to her in fear of saying to much. I'm a resident of Timmins and a foodie but this is why I feel it necessary to say that some of your staff need better hospitality training. I dare say that front of house hospitality is the first thing that make customers want to return even if they have had a bad first time. However it also affects the kitchen. Ultimately ending in poor service and review. The men's room smells of lack of caring and discipline. It reeks of urine as though the toilet and urinals have never been cleaned the floor never mopped. Not cool at all. I hope that this helps you . This goes down as one of the worst dinning experience's I've had in Timmins.

  Bhawan has been a friend of mine at various restaurants for the last few years. When I found him again at East Sides, I knew I had ti keep coming back. Bhawan is a true asset to your establishment and he means a lot to me as a patron. Thank you for attracting me back to your restaurant by hiring one of the best people I’ve known in town; You have a customer for life because of him.

  Amazing dinner and the best hospitality ever. Me and my hubby had such a long day working and travelling from Sudbury to Timmins working from 7am to 9:30 pm and when we called the amazing lovely Jashan answered the phone and said that they can serve us till 9:50 pm. Once we got there Jashan and Bhawan were so welcoming. We didn’t feel rushed at all, they told us to to enjoy and not to rush. Food was amazing and everyone should go. They made our long day so positive, so thankful!!

  My experience with Jashan and bhawan was the best experience I’ve ever had at any singular east side Mario’s in all of Ontario. Me and my fiancee we travel lots and not only were they so kind to let us eat past the time they closed but they didn’t rush us and made us laugh and smile through dinner where it was a proper waiter/waitress/ consumer connection. Thank you guys! We will be back here in timmins because of the 2 of yall.! They deserve a raise looking out for the customer! Lot 88 had closed early and they took great care of us guys.
