  Brianna Potvin did very well for a trainee and Jana Schilkie was great! Really appreciated that she addressed us in French once she realized our group was francophone!

  Mackenzie was very detailed in the question and answers from the guest. Mackenzie attended to 17 adults in the evening. Patience very all the questions from guests. Quick to serve and respectful.

  Had a really great experience at East Side Mario’s! The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. A special shout-out to Mackenzie, who made our visit even better. She was friendly, attentive, and checked in on us throughout the meal without ever being overbearing. It’s always nice to have a server who genuinely cares about making sure you have a good experience. Great food, great service, and a great overall dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

  Mackenzie was our server this evening and she was wonderful. She was great with our children and all our food was delivered perfectly. We have had Mackenzie before and she was an amazing server then too with attention to detail, each item served accordingly on time and always offering dessert and other items. Thank you for the great night out with our family. We were a family of four and noticed she also was busy with a large family table of 10 guests. This did not impact our food, service or experience.
