  After a long day and looking forward to a nice restful sleep in a comfy bed we were truly disappointed as the bed we had was not the most comfy it needed to be replaced definitely seemed broken

  Fantastic hotel, amazing staff. Great breakfast. My bf and I stay here a lot because we live in North Bay but travel to Sudbury often for work.

  Placed a deposit of $300 July 29th, had no explanation at check 8b or out to be present for the return deposit. Verbally told the front desk that I was checking out and placed the room key on the desk, again no explanation. I am from out of town and have not recieved my deposit. I have been told that only the owner/manager can return the deposit and she is away. I have been given a different date of return for the manager every time I call. I would like my money back please!

  I had a wonderful experience staying at Best Western. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Vina Makkar for her outstanding customer service. She was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She took the time to answer all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made us feel truly valued as guests. I highly recommend this Best Western, especially because of exceptional staff members like Vina Makkar. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
