  My friend and I visited the Stratford location because my friends phone was broken and she wanted to purchase a new phone. Ethan helped my friend out with getting a new phone and also helped recover her email and photos. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable!

  My husband and I had very old model/version iPhones that needed replaced. Ethan assisted us to make the best selection for our requirements; and was both skilled and patient during transfers, account set ups and instructions. It was also good to see team work amongst the employees as Prince and Ankita (hope I got this right) provided any insight or knowledge they had to work through issues that arose.
