  I had such a wonderful experience with Prince at Best Buy in Stratford! He truly went out of his way to help me and made sure I had the information and assistance I needed. He was incredibly patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and competent throughout the entire experience. What really stood out was that he didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. He took the time to listen and explain things clearly. It is so refreshing to receive that level of customer service. Prince is an excellent employee and a real asset to Best Buy. His professionalism, patience, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference in my experience. I would highly recommend asking for Prince if you need help. Outstanding customer service!
