  Came on a Tuesday where kids eat free with purchase of an adult entree. Our server was Mahsa. She was very outgoing and through. She explained the specials and also recommended her personal favourites. The service was quick and food was hot. Thank you Mahsa for your exceptional service waiting on our table. Will be back!

  We had such a great time at this Stouffville location tonight! Our server Janine was honestly incredible. We eat out all the time, and it’s so rare to get customer service this good anymore, especially from someone so young. She was very fast, friendly, attentive, and just on top of everything. A few things she did really blew us away: Ahead of the game: She brought my husband a fresh Pepsi before he even had to ask for a refill. Spotless table: Plates were cleared as soon as we were done, and she checked on us at the perfect times. So thoughtful: She brought out takeout boxes right as we finished eating. You could tell she was paying attention to our table the whole night without being intrusive. Usually, it takes a bad experience to make me spend time writing a bad review, but this server’s outstanding work was worth taking my time to share. Janine was amazing and I just had to reach out. Thank you Janine!

  We had a wonderful experience at East Side Mario’s! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to our waitress, Mahsa, who was so friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. She made sure everything was taken care of and really made our dining experience enjoyable. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

  Our waitress Mahsa was VERY attentive and so friendly. It was like we were her only table she was quick and efficient. Explained the new menu to us and pointed out some fan favourites. She made our night very enjoyable. Thank you :)

  Honestly pretty disappointed with our visit here. We wanted to like it, but everything from the food to the service missed the mark. First off, the service was super slow which makes zero sense considering we were literally the only people in the entire restaurant. You'd understand if it was packed and they were short staffed, but the place was empty. Even then, after dropping off our soup, our server would pop by, ask "is everything good?", and immediately vanish for 15 to 25 minutes before we could even flag them down for a refill. It genuinely felt like the staff just didn't care. When we tried to get the kids' drinks fixed because they tasted completely watered down, we asked to make them sweeter and instead of remaking them, they literally just dumped a bunch of sugar straight into the cup, stirred it around, and asked "is it good?" To top it all off, the food was just bad overall. I ordered the $26 pasta and what came out looked completely different from the picture on the menu it was a massive letdown and looked nothing like what was advertised. For that kind of price tag, you expect a proper, satisfying meal with decent ingredients and presentation. Between the misleading food, the poor value, and the complete lack of attention from the staff when the restaurant was totally empty, it just wasn't worth it. Won't be rushing back.
