  Came in looking for electronics advice, but the manager (I believe her name was Kendra) couldn’t answer basic questions and kept using ChatGPT instead of actually helping. I can use ChatGPT myself. On top of that, she kept pushing Bell services even after I clearly said I wasn’t interested. Very disappointing experience and the manager seriously needs better training. So pushy salesman. Pathetic. Never coming back again.
