  We went in to change phone providers. AJ was great with us. Looked for the Best Deals and knowledgable .It was so easy and quick. While our info was loading up he would help customers so they weren't just standing there and waiting. We Love Best Buy Express.

  Worst retail customer service I have ever experienced. The female manager wasn't any better and acts even more hostile instead of taking things as a constructive criticism, apologies goes a long mile just fyi ! Left this small store and went straight to Best Buy by Fourth Avenue. The manager and supervisor immediately apologize upon learning my experience at the express store. Such a great help from those 2 that I walked out happy !

  Worst service by manager Kendra. I went in to buy a product, but she kept aggressively pushing Bell services even after I repeatedly said no. Once she realized I wasn’t interested, she barely bothered explaining the actual product I came in for. The attitude was unnecessary, and to make things worse, she didn’t even seem knowledgeable about half the things she was talking about and kept relying on ChatGPT for answers. Easily one of the worst manager experiences I’ve had.

  I didn't get her name but the nice lady working today was very helpful. Didn't have the screen protector I needed so she checked the stock of a nearby store and gave directions. Thanks ^_^
