  We are planning a vacation for summer 2027. We have stayed at this location before and was very happy with service, food, cleanliness. We decided to book here again. Booked through Caitlin and she was amazing. Super friendly, patient and kind. Cannot wait to see you in July

  We came to stay at this hotel for one week and honestly, the staff here is so cooperative and helpful. I can’t even explain how good everyone has been with us. Especially Daniel and Guri at the front desk, they are always ready to help and make sure everything is okay. We also go to the swimming pool every day, and there is one lady from the staff named Lynda who is always so nice and respectful with every customer. She is also always ready to help whenever anyone needs anything. Last Friday, I lost my slippers at the hotel. I came to the front desk and Lynda helped me check the lost and found, and luckily she found my slippers and returned them to me. She has such a nice and helpful nature. After staying here for a week, honestly it feels like home. Everyone has treated us so nicely and made us feel very comfortable. Really happy with the service and the people here. ❤️

  My sister is blind and she stayed with her service dog. They treated her so well she couldn't stop saying how nice everyone was. They helped her find the perfect room, made sure she was comfortable, and went out of their way to even offer her room service if she needed it. She is also celiac and the staff that served breakfast also made sure her food was gluten free. 1000% would recommend after the kindness they showed my sister.

  Cette hôtel à la particularité d'être en rectangle en proposant en son centre une piscine intérieure, un sauna et une grand centre de sport, un minigolf et une piscine extérieure. Cette particularité génère le défaut principal : soit vous tirez le gros lot et vous avez une chambre qui donne sur le jardin intérieur soit vous avez moins de chance et vous êtes situés côté parking ou sur la piscine intérieure (à priori 4 chambres partagent cette particularité), je déconseille pour les asthmatiques car l'odeur de chlore est très présente. Hormis cela les chambres sont bien équipés, suffisamment spacieuses. Les piscines sont grandes. Le petit déjeuner est très correct (oeufs brouillés, steak, pain, jus d'orange, café, etc.).

  Rooms are dated and in poor repair. Was disappointed because we stayed here a few months ago and I had a much better stay. The outdoor pool is nice for the kids because the indoor pool is preoccupied by the members who make rude comments to the kids who are just being kids. There is even an offensive sign hanging in the pool area outdoors (shown below). The outdoor pool unfortunately closes early due to inadequate lighting (most of the lights don’t turn on). Another reason we chose this location is for the included breakfast however breakfast was disappointing as well. Only a few yoghurts left and only Granny Smith apples as a fruit option available. No bananas. Cereal was stale. I am honestly still in shock as the last time we were here (march 2026) they were doing the exterior renovations and I thought they would be upgrading the hotel. However once you step past the front foyer you see the sudden change. Tiles are missing from pool, deck is uneven. Service is good and staff are friendly.
