  Went in to trade in our phones for an upgrade, Mann was exceptional and carefully explained every step while being incredibly patient and helpful, could not recommend this location enough.

  I have gone to this store like 10 times in the last year to buy stuff and Tyler has gone above and beyond for me. Not only did he greet me when I came and remembered my name he had all the items ready for me at the front and personally loaded it into my car. Tyler is part of the reason I go to stores and not just buy stuff online. They need to give that guy a raise!

  Great experience and help from Supervisor and Manager Will just start coming here instead of the "Express" location in the Pen Center Their name suits the staffs attitude...Express out of there as quick as you can !

  We went in to shop for a Breville Espresso maker with a budget in our minds of $1,100-$1,400. A very kind East Indian gentleman was working at the desk nearby. He kept directing me to buy what HE uses. A MUCH cheaper, different brand machine. It was also very frustrating to have a language barrier when I wanted to learn about Breville. I’m all for inclusivity. And kindness. When choosing someone for sales jobs to sell product, choose a person who can speak fluent English and doesn’t ruin a sale for your store. Very frustrating. We left.

  Their phone system is the most aggravating system I have ever encountered. It’s fully automated and has no human interface at all it seems. They just keep saying “complete a from on line “ or the call disconnects if you ask for a human. I left my laptop with the Geek Squad to get serviced. They called me with a simple question and it has now been over an hour trying to call them back with the answer to their question. It would be a call of less than one minute . I live too far away to just drive there, and I shouldn’t have to! What happened to humans? This doesn’t make me want to buy anything from them in the future if getting assistance is so infuriating.
