  I was having difficulty with a pair of refurbished Sony link ear buds. I was unable to pick up telephone calls coming in on my mobile phone. Zaid was very helpful in helping me to fix the problem. He understood the problem quickly and checked the manual and we trialed the solution. I now understand how the ear buds function in order to pick up calls. He was professional and quick.

  Promising location but the chain overall is not functioning well - no stock numbers online or by phone, no needed info by phone, the nearest full size location is 50% lying about warranty coverage.
