  The staff doesn’t care about the customers. We’ve waited for checkout for more than 15 minutes and no associate cared to help. This has happened more than once. The staff wouldn’t even help customers with any product specifications. If you are looking for help with product recommendations, this store isn’t the place.

  Sold me a faulty pixel watch as a "deal" with a pixel 8 phone. The watch never connected to the phone. They couldn't fix it, wouldn't refund. Total scam deal, trying to get money for faulty pieces. ~$400 down the drain.

  Amazing service from Arons (the LG expert) & Nancy from the TV department! I was looking for a new TV for my elderly dad and they answered the countless questions I had while remaining respectful of the budget we had. We ended up spending a little more because we felt like it was worth it to get my dad something way better that will last him a while. Would highly recommend going to them for all your TV purchase needs! Thanks to you both! (And Nick for helping us out on the warranty purchase)

  Ankush (Geek Squad) & Maaran (sales representative) were so professional and totally dialed me in on my new tablet purchase... Maaran showed me a number of different tablets and helped me to make the right choice for me.. He was educated, patient, and very kind. Ankush helped me to set up my new tablet. He was so smart and knew exactly what to do. Exceptional service!! He went beyond & above to help me and make sure I was all set up on my new tablet. The whole transaction went smoothly and they both calmed my anxieties by their professionalism... Excellent!!! I highly recommend Best Buy for all your electronic needs... Even the lady that worked at the front entrance greeted me with a big smile and a hello... Fabulous selection, great staff!!! Thank you Ankush & Maaran!! 😁
