  Bought a Nespresso coffee machine "with frother" online. Item arrived without frother. Brought machine in, with invoice clearly stating "with frother". Customer service manager tried every possible way to weasel out of giving me the items I paid for. I had to invoke the consumer protection act, which finally made her exchange for correct item, but had highly innapropriat and rude attitude, and never apologized or admitted their mistake. Not sure why she took a corporate mistake personally, and tried soo desperately to defend the obvious error. Beware of shopping here. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

  Very frustrated trying to call and ask a basic question about a service bought last week that is not shapeing up to be what I was told it would beunless I'm trying to buy something nobody cares. I will have to go to the store in person now and ask whoever is there and they will probably tell me the person I need to talk to is not in and come back later or call and get nowhere again.

  Terrible customer service, lady at the front counter was rude from the minute I walked in and rude again when I was brought back up from an employee. They did their best to try and walk me out the door when I was ready to buy something. You would think with a dying breed of store the customer service would be outstanding to stay in business but it's not the case for this location.
