  Expected the worst based on reviews. Complete opposite! Other than a language issue, I placed my takeout order (5 - chicken leg dinners with fries, 1 3pc chicken finger) in person. Couldn't phone in the order and the online ordering was being ignorant. No lie, max 5 min and order was ready to go! Nothing but smiles and pleasant people while ordering. As mentioned, food was bland but after 60yrs, I know how to add spice! Portions were good and food was still hot after the 20 min drive home.

  Foods fine but if you use the drive thru they forget stuff every time, without fail I end up without a sauce or one of the meals is without the bread it never fails something is always missing. And because the way everything is sealed up Its never noticed until I return home unless I want to open everything in my vehicle. Annoying every time.

  Nous commandons 2-3/semaine de ce St-Hubert et je dois dire que nous sommes déçu depuis un certain temps. Les jeunes employées sont toujours aussi serviable et souriante. Par contre, les portions semblent devenir de plus en plus petite et ce, avec plusieurs erreurs, alors que les prix demeurent les mêmes ou augmentent; fillets de poulet manquants, des sandwichs manquants des ingrédients, 15-20 frites pour une portion adulte, des wraps à moitié vide. Nous étions fidèles au commerce de Roch mais de savoir que nous ne pouvons plus faire confiance à l’exactitude, ni à la qualité de nos repas, fait en sorte que nous remettons en question notre fidélité. J’aimerais ne pas avoir à faire des allé-retours constamment pour rectifier nos repas 😔

  I tried once again to order after 7:00 pm and was hoping that this time, the food would be good and hot. Unfortunately, yet again, at that time, it was leftovers of the day, took over 1 hour for delivery so food was awful - a cold and soggy club sandwich and fries. I called to let them know that every time I ordered in the evenings, I had issues with my food. They graciously offered a credit so I decided to eat in at the restaurant to ensure freshness - how disappointed my mother and I were when we were served dried and cold chicken. Needless to say, that was my last visit at St-Hubert’s as quality is not what it used to be. Even if they’d offer another credit, I wouldn’t take it, I’m done with that place.
