  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A big thank you to Setayesh and Aysa at Best Buy for their amazing help! They were both so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped me choose my new phone and cordless vacuum and made everything so easy. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend these two!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy’s appliance delivery service. I purchased a refrigerator because I was assured it would be delivered and placed in my basement. However, when the delivery team arrived, they refused to complete the delivery and left the refrigerator in my garage, claiming the basement handrail was in the way. Removing the handrail would have taken only a few minutes, but they were unwilling to wait. We later measured the space ourselves and found there was enough clearance, especially if the packaging had been removed. What disappointed me even more was the customer service. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offering an earlier solution, they simply blamed us and made us wait nearly a week for another delivery. Overall, Best Buy failed to deliver the service that was promised, and the poor communication and lack of customer support caused unnecessary inconvenience. I expected much better service and would think twice before purchasing another major appliance from Best Buy.
