We had a fantastic experience at East Side Mario's, largely thanks to our server, Alexa. She was incredibly quick and communicative throughout our meal. What really stood out was how she went the extra mile to clarify a specific food restriction I had, ensuring everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and excellent service made our visit truly enjoyable.
We went in the day of all you can eat Pasta , I ordered spaghetti with meet balls , the spaghetti was under cooked , the meet balls are like Costco premade meet balls and I'm sure that the sause is canned pasts sause like the one you buy it from grocery store , and the other dishes was same quality .
The funny thing that the soupe is same taste as the sause Lol , same can , not recommended .
This place ABSOLUTELY SUCKS charge 16$ for a freaking pizza that's burned has no flavor the cheese was so garbage the absolute worst pizza I've ever had in my life , also the bread was so freaking sogy they don't even bring you butter anymore they serve you margarine with their disgusting bread this was last time I ever visit a Eastside Marios in my life .

I’m an avid customer because we love our pastas but this time I wanted to try their new seasonal garlic dish especially the beef one because they don’t serve anything else with steak. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the food today because it looks nothing like the photo (no shock as it looks AI) but even the serving size was not up to par. The food also came out warm not hot as well as all the soups. My daughter ordered the kids size spaghetti Bolognese and even she wasn’t happy with her food that I had to take it home. She ended up just eating my tomato soup and bread.
Posted an expectation versus reality comparison lol.

After my initial review of this establishment, the District Manager personally reached out to our group to apologize for our experience and even offered us a discount on a future visit as a gesture of goodwill. Based on that conversation, I decided to remove my original review and give this restaurant a second chance, believing that the issues we experienced were an isolated incident.
Unfortunately, our return visit proved to be even more disappointing.
After watching a movie, my family arrived at approximately 9:00 p.m. We stood at the front entrance waiting to be seated. We were the only guests waiting, yet for the next 15 minutes, at least five different servers walked past us without acknowledging us, greeting us, or making any attempt to seat us. We were completely ignored.
After waiting long enough, I finally walked over to the bar and informed one of the servers that we had been standing at the entrance for over 15 minutes without anyone assisting us. Rather than apologizing or showing any concern, she said nothing. Instead, she walked over to the other servers, and they gathered together in a huddle while we continued to stand there waiting.
At that point, it became clear that customer service simply is not a priority at this restaurant. It’s incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to be treated as though your presence doesn’t matter, especially after giving the restaurant another opportunity based on management’s promise to do better.
We left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and completely let down. Any confidence we had regained after speaking with the District Manager has now been lost. A sincere apology means very little if the same problems continue to happen.
This was our second chance—and it will be our last. We will not be returning, nor can we recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place that values its customers. There are plenty of restaurants that appreciate their guests and understand the importance of basic hospitality. Sadly, this is not one of them.
