Our server was Clariza, she was amazing. Food was great, kids ate free and free salad, bread and soup provides awesome value. I would highly recommend East Side Mario’s so glad they kept up with providing a good italian food option for families.

Food was very good. The server was very courteous and helpful about the info of our choice. We got the spaguetti and chicken parmesan.

I wish I could remember our servers name as she was so attentive and beyond lovely and helpful. She made our dinner a really great experience and we will return to this location because of her.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to ESM at Pickering Town Centre. Not only were they able to seat a big (and extremely loud) group on short notice but they were extremely accommodating to our child with ARFID. Food was fast, fresh and very tasty. Our server Alex was fantastic and very friendly.
