  My husband and I visited restaurant for lunch with our grandchildren. Service was terrible. Our waitress brought drinks then ignored/refused our requests to take our order. She was loudly complaining at the bar that she was the bartender and still expected to wait on tables. I finally flagged down another waitress who kindly took our order. Food was fine but service ruined experience. I would not recommend or go back.

  Had dinner here this week with my girlfriend and had a wonderful time:) Our server Riley was absolutely wonderful! She was very friendly and gave incredible service. Tried their new peach daiquiri and it was delicious. Definitely recommend this restaurant to others and hopefully you get riley as your server:)

  Came here with my partner this week. Our server Riley was incredible, she was very attentive to our needs and was great with speed of service. I would say she's the golden standard for a server! The food was great (as always), and their spiced rum and coke was perfect.

  This was the best meal my dad and i have had at East Side Mario’s in a long time! Natascha was our server and she was so attentive, fun and engaging. She was not overly fake, while still remaining professional, which is a difficult balance in a serving position. We would recommend her as our server to anyone! The food was also hot, tasty and filling (we definitely took home leftovers). Would absolutely come to this location again!

  Natasha was a great server. Food was yummy. Over crowed all around our table made dinner overwhelming and not as enjoyable. I don't think it's fair to people sitting and enjoying dinner to be surrounded by people waiting for tables and be being bumped into. Also a hazard for the servers.
