  Me and my boyfriend came in and absolutely adored our server Ella, she was so sweet and just overall incredible. I came in a little cranky was definitely not after spending 10 seconds talking to her, foods incredible as always and though a little busy wait time was almost non existent. All the staff are insanely kind and helpful. Have never had a bad experience here, Tysm for the great meal 😁

  We visited at 6:30pm on a busy Friday. The manager was fantastic at greeting us at the door about a minute after we walked in. We were seated fairly quickly. It was me my mom and my two kids aged five and three. Between the two of them, they spilled both of their juices all over the table. Our server noticed and came rushing over, helped us clean it up and replaced the juice free of charge. He was very helpful and empathetic. We had a few other servers Bring us food throughout Our visit who were fantastic and kind. The food came quickly and was delicious. The portions were very generous. This is a fantastic East Side Mario’s location and, we will definitely return!! Thank you!! :)

  I have used East Side Mario’s twice in the past 5 business days for business catering orders, spending over $400 in total. Unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. On both occasions, my orders were 15–20 minutes late being prepared despite being ordered in advance. Since these were business-related orders for customers, the delays caused me to be late delivering the food, which reflected poorly on me and created unnecessary stress. In addition, obtaining an appropriate receipt for expense reimbursement purposes was far more difficult than it should have been. I found the manager challenging to work with when trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward request. While the food itself was acceptable, the lack of reliability and poor customer service have significantly impacted my confidence in using this location for future business orders. This experience has reinforced the value of supporting smaller local caterers who understand the importance of timeliness, communication, and customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both its order fulfillment process and customer support.

  We had a wonderful experience at East Side Mario’s in Peterborough! The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The restaurant was very clean, including the washrooms, which really stood out. Our waitress was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the visit. Great atmosphere and excellent service overall. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

  The food was pretty good, the only thing that was throwing me off while eating was looking over and seeing who I think was a server, behind the counter where the coffee is, portioning pasta into little clear bags with her BARE HANDS. I watched her do it multiple times as I was eating my own pasta… it was may 30th around noon, she had dirty blonde hair that was braided. The other server next to her with the glasses and claw clip was also portioning next to her but I saw a gloved hand with her every-time. I think the girl with the braid was gross for portioning peoples food with her bare hands. I did happen to look over and see her randomly using a glove and then would grab another pile with her other hand that wasn’t gloved. Just really off putting while I’m trying to enjoy my meal knowing the food I’m currently eating could’ve been portioned with dirty hands.
