  I was sent there by my bank to get computer checked to prove there were no viruses. There were unauthorized an transaction on my bank account. They told me it was $240 or buy a membership that was also $240. That was more money than I lost in the first place. I couldn't get access to my online banking until this was done so I took it to Banana Service in Peterborough. They did a full audit and report for $60 and even kept the shop open late which allowed me to get my computer back the same day. Best buy taking advantage of people that have already been scammed is not acceptable. I have been a long tome customer but I will not be back.

  This best buy makes me feel like I've travelled back in time approximately 15 years, but in a good way. Lots of helpful staff & they have basically all the stuff you'd expect a best buy to have without feeling inundated with cheap crap that will break before you use it once. Nice to shop in-store instead of ordering another thing online. Bonus is the value village is right behind it so do yourself a favor & drop off a bag of stuff you don't need before buying something you do need.

  Ordered a drone on the website was there in few days just went in with email copy of order and picked it up, went back soon after to get sd card for drone and guy pointed me at right one I was in and out in 5m

  Purchased a Garmin watch there several years ago and couldn't purchase a replacement watch band for it. It doesn't make sense to me that a chain this size wouldn't carry something as simple. The representative told me I would have to go online to purchase the watch band , I did , thanks Amazon.
