  am totally impressed with the staff at the store . They all demonstrated endless kindness while assisting all of the customers. They were professional and knowledgeable . I was particularly impressed with Benjamin B. He very thoughtfully answered my questions and helped me weigh all the options on my purchase . I went with his suggestion and am happy. He also in a very timely fashion switched both of our cell phones to a new carrier. We exchanged stories , laughed and I learned a lot . Benjamin B. exceeded all of my expectations and I will very comfortably continue to make all of my purchases at the store .

  Benjamin was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He went above and beyond to help my wife and me find the best phone plans to suit both our needs and our budget. He also helped us set up our new phones and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left. Benjamin even offered to help with anything in the future if any issues arise. Customer service at its finest — highly recommend!

  I recently purchased a new iPad from the Perth store and received helpful, pleasant help advice from the staff determining that I needed a new one after trying all possibilities with my previous one. Today I returned with a question re something about the iPad and a problem with my mobile phone. I was recognized by staff which is unusual in a busy store and a staff member helped me with both my iPad and phone and were pleasant, respectful and very knowledgeable. When I enquired about payment it was courteously refused. It is definitely a business to which I will return.
