  We had such a great experience eating at East Sides tonight! Our waitress Alyssa was absolutely phenomenal!! She was very friendly and quick to bring back exactly what we asked for! She did her job so well and made our time there super! Thanks Alyssa!

  I went with my family to eat at East Side Mario’s in pembroke at a very busy time of day and our service was excellent. The servers name was Ashley and she was kind, great personality and very time efficient. Her service makes us want to come back and dine in again and we hope she is our server. 10/10

  The service was friendly, and the bread was really good. Unfortunately, the pasta was disappointing, and the wait time was quite long. Overall, the staff were pleasant, but the food quality and speed of service could be improved.

  East Side Mario’s ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 💶💶 · 11:00–22:00 Veníamos de hacer la ruta por el Parque Algonquin y esa noche dormíamos en Pembroke. Ya era bastante tarde y, de todas las opciones que teníamos, este fue uno de los pocos restaurantes donde todavía se podía cenar a una hora más “española”. Las raciones son enormes. Jan pidió una pizza 🍕, mientras que Ana y yo optamos por dos ensaladas 🥗, una con salmón y otra con gambas, ambas muy abundantes y suficientes para cenar sin necesidad de pedir nada más. El local es amplio, cómodo y con un ambiente muy familiar. Sin embargo, más que un restaurante italiano, nos dio la sensación de estar en un típico American diner 🇺🇸 con inspiración italiana. Si buscas cocina italiana auténtica quizá no sea el lugar, pero si quieres comer bien, con raciones generosas y sin complicaciones, cumple perfectamente. Un buen sitio para terminar el día después de una jornada de senderismo, especialmente si llegas tarde y buscas una cena abundante.

  We just tried to eat here and were told there not taking anyone till 730 as there are big groups in the back there are lots of seats in the restaurant .. so don't waste your time coming hear as the kitchen Cleary can't handle the size of the restaurant ....mabey u need to change the menu so they can handle a full restaurant ....this is just poor management and poor staff ....thanks for wasting my time .. mabey put a note on the door ..... that the place is full ...what a joke ...then when we walk out two of the servers are outside talking there so busy ....go figure....they could have sat us and comped a few drinks and maby some bread sticks instead of sending us away there were lots of empty tables ....never will know what the food tastes like as i will never be back and will let others know too....
