  I have been to a lot of ESMs, but it was my first visit to Pembroke’s location. I must say it was such a pleasant experience! The food was spectacular (best-ever Italian Wedding soup, if that’s possible?) and our server, Alyssa, was amazing! So attentive, and right there asking the questions before we could think of them for ourselves. Will definitely recommend, and will 100% be back!!

  East Sides is a bit of a tradition and we had an awesome father's Day lunch. Food was fast, hot and tasted awesome. Alyssa was a great server and was super on point without having to check up on us every second. Cheers.

  Everything was amazing ! Food was really good but above and beyond was our server, Katie S was really efficient and super charismatic and a super big hit with the kids which is no easy feat! 5 star all the way, thank you for the amazing experience !!

  I've enjoyed East Side Mario's in other cities, so I was disappointed by my experiences at this location. The food consistently feels rushed and lacks the quality I've come to expect from the brand. Dishes often seem hastily prepared, presentation is sloppy, and the overall flavour doesn't compare to locations I've visited elsewhere. What concerned me most was finding non-food items from food packaging in my meal. Regardless of how it happened, discovering a foreign object in food is not something customers should have to experience, and it left me questioning the kitchen's quality-control standards. I rarely visit during busy periods, so I don't think this is simply a matter of the restaurant being overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the quality has been inconsistent enough that I'd rather make the drive to Ottawa —or simply cook at home—than eat at this location. I hope management takes a closer look at food preparation and quality control because this location has the potential to be much better.

  Katy S was simply an absolute delight ! The upmost haste at which she delivered our meals was spectacular. Shes truly inspired me to up my breadstick numbers.. and her beauty inspired further hunger within me. Call her a server because St Mario himself KNOWS this woman is serving looks and lasagna.
