If you're looking to upgrade your clubs but aren't sure where to start, I highly recommend booking a fitting with Aidan. I had a two-hour full bag fitting, and he took the time to carefully analyze my swing, explain the various club-fitting variables, and help me find the right equipment for my game. The service was professional, informative, and personalized. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend him to anyone considering new clubs.

Do not purchase anything from the Kanata store, especially clubs that you are getting fitted. My brother purchased a driver 3 months ago and was told it would be 6-8 weeks before he’d receive the driver. After 8 weeks he started calling weekly asking politely for updates, all he was told was they couldn’t tell him when it was coming or where it was in the process. He called two days ago and asked to speak to a manger, he was put on hold for 10 minutes, when the phone was picked back up he was told to leave his information and the manager would call back within 30 minutes, no one called back. He called again today multiple times only to eventually be told it would be 2 to 3 more months before he’d receive his driver. He was offered no refund, discounts or other options. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I visited Golf Town Kanata on Wednesday and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Aaron in the shoe department was incredibly helpful and took the time to find exactly the pair of shoes I was looking for. Alyssa in apparel helped me find a perfect gift for Father’s Day. Both Aaron and Alyssa made excellent recommendations that I absolutely loved. Lastly, Kaylin at the cash was so welcoming and friendly. She also made sure to greet me the second I came in the store.
Thank you to Aaron, Alyssa, Kaylin for making my shopping experience so enjoyable. The customer service was exceptional, and I will for sure be back!!
Placed a TaylorMade custom order, driver + 3wd, end of April. I am still waiting on my order and as frustrating as it has been to wait this long I must give props to the stores GM, Jacob Craven. Not only did he continually communicate with me, after chasing down TM for an order status, he also has made arrangements to provide a demo club for an upcoming golf trip while I wait for my order to arrive. He has shown a level of customer service that’s commendable and has gone over and above to mitigate my frustration with TM’s delays. I would highly recommend visiting Golftown Kanata knowing Jacob is there to ensure proper customer service.

Excellent experience at Golf Town Kanata! The staff were friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right equipment without any pressure. The store is well-organized, with a great selection of clubs, apparel, and accessories for golfers of all skill levels. As a woman who is new to golf I was feeling a little overwhelmed but I left feeling great.
Special shout out to Steve who assisted me while I was there. Exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable.
Also, I saw a couple reviews saying this location is misogynistic so I was not too sure what to expect. I have to share that that was in no way my experience, and I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.
