  I would like to say that the employees at this store are extremely helpful, more than being helpful they are very pleasant to deal with. We have shopped at this store several times, travelling from Sudbury and we have had nothing but great service and knowledgeable staff. My husband’s recent experience with Steve was again exceptional. A lot was over the phone and Steve was able to get him what he needed in a very timely manner. GREAT SERVICE AND EXCELLENT PRODUCTS

  Fantastic customer service! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and asked if we needed any help. We were given the freedom to try things out, but the staff were always nearby when we had questions or needed assistance. When we found something we liked, they went above and beyond to check whether it was in stock rather than simply directing us to look online. When they didn’t have the exact item we wanted, they offered an alternative solution instead of leaving us to figure it out ourselves. Another employee also took the time to offer some helpful advice when we were torn between two options. We ultimately made a purchase, but more importantly, we left feeling genuinely valued and appreciated as customers. This is exactly what great in-store customer service should feel like. Thank you to the team for making the experience so enjoyable!

  Bad customer service. Was dealing with one person…tried some clubs went back to talk to him and he was serving other people. He asked another guy to help out….when he walked by me I stated I wanted to take the ones I just tried - he ignored me so I waited until the other guy served 3 other people before he contradicted the offer on my trade in with the first guy.

  Went into Golf Town in Kanata, Ontario to get a club repaired. Met with Matt and Kyler. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out quickly knowing I would be back on the course with my damaged club repaired soon. Overall a great customer experience.
