  I booked a room for Friday August 21 for a 0605 Hr return flight to Ottawa. The room was very clean and very comfortable, the mattress was awesome what a nap. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcomed me in a very professional manner and in no time I was checked. I took in the restaurant for supper and the meal was and the service was fantastic . I was able to take the shuttle to the airport the driver got me there nice and early for my flight. I really look forward to staying at this hotel.

  Check in only starts at 4:00 pm and that is why there is a very long line. The line is so long there is no space to wait in the lobby.

  Sherry took great care of us, definitely an employee who goes above and beyond for her customers. The hotel was great, but Sherry made it all the better. Thank you, Sherry! Ottawa was NOT boring!

  The staff here are AMAZING....however the organization is failing HARD. We were overcharged for our room....being billed $1100 when the room in total was less then $400. We tried to correct the error before it was made and was told that they could not help us and proceeded to bill us for a third time! Even 3 days later they were unable to correct it (waiting to see if it gets resolved) Breakfast was not included, and the room was hot...with limited ability to control it from the room...when we called the front desk for them to send someone they would only turn it down by 2 degrees despite a medical condition in the room that required it to be lower..... Overall, I miss the days when a company was grateful for your business oppose to conducting themselves as if they are doing you a favour. We travel a fair bit and will not be returning....we will resume trying to use AirBnB's and support the little guy....

  I traveled with my family and found this to be a very comfortable place to stay. The staff at the reception were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. We had a pleasant and comfortable four-night stay. The property is conveniently located close to downtown and offers plenty of safe parking spaces, which was a big plus for us. There are also numerous restaurants nearby, and having a Shoppers Drug Mart right across the street was very convenient for any last-minute or emergency shopping needs. Overall, a great place for families, with excellent customer service, a convenient location, and comfortable accommodations. Highly recommended!
