  I came into the store to buy a laptop charger, and I was lucky enough to be helped by Benjamin. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, polite, and professional. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I actually understood my options. English isn’t always easy for me, and when I was struggling to express myself, Benjamin kindly switched to French so we could communicate better. That small gesture honestly meant a lot to me. I felt listened to, understood, and never rushed or judged. His kindness and patience made such a difference in my experience that it actually made me want to come back to this store again. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends, especially because of the wonderful customer service I received from Benjamin. Benjamin, thank you so much for your professionalism, your patience, and most importantly, for being such a genuinely kind and respectful human being. People like you make a customer remember a store for all the right reasons! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  My friend was looking for a phone and a plan that was suitable to her skill level and pocket book. We shopped all the communication stores but none, it seemed, could offer both the phone and plan she needed together, until we stopped in at Best Buy Express at the St. Laurent shopping mall and met Fillipé! Fillipé took the time to actually hear what my friend required from a plan and the kind of phone she could handle. He set her up with what she needed not with what he was required to offer her. Fillipé was professional, patient and even offered my friend assistance down the road if she needed help with her new phone. And let’s face it, some of us seniors need all the help we can get with this new technology! Five stars to Best Buy Express and 10 stars to Fillipé for outstanding customer service and support!

  Maha is very rude and inpatient. We will never come here again. We drove from Orleans Best Buy to here to buy a flashlight drive. I was looking at other item in front of the cash register. The item worth $84, but in less than 5 mins. Maha keeps asking me gave her back the item 3 or 4 time back in rude attitude. We were about to pay what we came here for. Because of her rude and disrespectful attitude, we decided not to buy anything from here. And never come back here again to shop. To the management team, for employee like Maha, this store will definitely lose a lot business.
