  When there with my iPhone 16 pro max to get an estimate, for a small paint wear near charging area, they said they can’t cover full exhange price and offered only around $500. But their website says minor wear and tear are okay. I talked to the manager of the store. Another problem: the website says upto $1000 exchange, but when I went there, they said a maximum of around $900 is the trade-in value. Be careful when buying items from this location, after sales would be difficult if they can’t keep up their words.

  They said my computer would be done in 2 weeks and it's been 5 weeks, lowkey need it for university so idk not to be that guy but come on🫩

  Terrible service, nobody knows if they have or not products, do not get near this store, they sold me an a/c pay for it and they simply didn’t have it, refund took a month. One more try with them, they don’t nothing about stock, even with the computer. Of I can give them 0 I certainly do!

  Unfortunately The experience at Best Buy was extremely disappointing. The receptionist, whose name is Lawiw, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. His attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, but unfortunately, I received neither. Customer service is supposed to make customers feel welcomed and respected, but this was the complete opposite. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are treated. I was actually considering buying the new iPhone from Best Buy, but after the way I was treated by the receptionist, I completely changed my mind. His attitude and lack of professionalism made me lose all interest in buying the iPhone from this store.
