  Had to replace one of our electronics and the manager, Kishor, had to come help. Very patient and very thorough with options and said what he recommended. Made the whole thing very easy and quick!

  This isn’t my first time visiting this store and finding miss labeled products… this time I thought they would honer the price they had the item list for. The item in particular was listed at $25 when I went to purchase it rang up as $96… this isn’t the first time something like this has happy to me at this store. When I said the price said $25 the best they could do was only offer me $10 off the $96 price code. This store needs to label and display their products much better. Very disappointed with the service. And honestly think they should be selling me this product at the listed $25.

  *Edit to remove speculation as to how I was sold a used laptop as if it was new and to add photos.* Purchased a brand new Lenovo laptop 10 days ago. The Lenovo Vantage app (manufacturer's application to track usage of the laptop) shows that my 12 month warranty that comes with the laptop is already 3 months in (9 months remaining). This means the laptop was first used three months ago and the warranty is 25% expired already. I was sold an open box/used laptop as new, which is absolutely unacceptable. I tried to call Best Buy and was told I have to go in person to make an exchange for a now out of stock product and that there is no phone number nor email to contact the manager. This is unacceptable false representation and it should not be this difficult to talk to someone to fix it. Photos of my receipt from this store with the date of purchase and Lenovo's timer on the warranty are attached.
