  I really can’t say I would wish to come back here. Our shopping experience was quite poor. Trying to find someone to get help was more difficult than deciding on what I was going to buy for my purchase. Picking up an online order took eternity, there was no one there. We pushed the button on the desk which is like a door bell, it took a good 15 minutes before anyone came. It really felt like I was inconveniencing someone to pickup what I purchased. I did get what I ordered and had no issues afterwards. As the store is out of the way for me, I would go elsewhere next time. It’s not the ideal experience at all

  been lied to by several staff members at Best Buy....bought a laptop for 1800$ about a month ago...about 2 weeks ago i spilled something on it and brought it in to see if i could get it repaired...Iwinosa the person at the front counter said I could purchase an extended warranty and have it covered under warranty so of course I did...then they send off the laptop for repairs and said they did not have parts to repair it ( even though its new ) and that it would not be covered under warranty ...so spoke with some managers and 1 of them is Brody and he said first of all that the extended warranty could only be purchased at the time the laptop was purchased but the rep that sold me the laptop said I had 30 days to buy the extended warranty...so I don't know who's lying here...as well as the girl who sold me the extended warranty lied to me as well....I asked for a refund but of course they declined even though they don't have parts and cannot fix my new laptop of 1800.00$ what a scam...

  I went there knowing nothing about power banks for my IPhone. Robert took time to explain everything very well. He directed me to the best model compatible for my criteria’s. I didn’t look at this one first because of the price but it was as the right fit for me. I told him I prefer to buy a little bit more pricy and buy it for good!!! Very nice guy with a great personality!!!

  I went in to browse options for some new headphones. Had one employee who was nice enough to give me some information and tell me what options would be good for what I was looking for. But once I was in the section I was told to browse what they had to offer a different employee began stalking me every step I took even after I left the headphone section they kept following me. It made the experience a very uncomfortable one and made me not want to make any purchases what so ever.

  Overall way to expensive Doesnt follow customer code of clearance and or mitigate from it with little loop holes so the customers still has bad experience which the law so suppose to protect from company’s from changing the prices at the cash register. Another reminder why I don’t shop there and just went to Amazon where there the supreme tech and everything store. I’ll try again in another 5 years
