  I usually order and love the Hell’s Kitchen chicken every time I come to East Side Mario’s. Last couple of times it was awful. The chicken looked and tasted dry and rubbery. The vegetables it came with were a bunch of smush. This used to be a nice family friendly spot but the quality has gone down so much.

  Our waitress was Maddie and she was very very pleasant. Food and everything was good but Maddie made it that much more pleasant for my wife and I. Thank you. Bob and Louise-Ann

  Food was good, our server makenna was very friendly and attentive. This location is our go to for East sides.

  When we arrived, we were seated right away. The hostess was very nice, and a gentleman escorted us to our table and took our drink order. Shortly after, he introduced us to Jovani, who served us throughout our visit. Jovani provided excellent customer service and checked on us regularly to make sure everything was okay. He also asked if there was anything else we needed during our meal. Overall, we had a very good experience and truly appreciated the friendly and attentive service.

  I went here last night to pick up an order that had been placed online. We were greeted by a flustered manager that told us we must have ordered from another location because he didn't have our order. We explained that we were early and the order was for 5:20pm(it was around 5pm at the time). He then found the order, told us it had just come in and that we would have to give them some time. At no time did we indicate we were in any kind of rush. This guy was rude. I would have spoken up then and there but my sister asked me not to. I will be sure to have a word with him if I go back.
