  Had an amazing time here, food was absolutely delicious! The servers are very friendly and great at what they do. Amazing service and food, would definitely recommend. The restaurant is also clean and the atmosphere is great. We will be back!

  We had such a wonderful experience celebrating my son’s birthday! Paige provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. She made my son’s birthday extra special by surprising him with a delicious dessert, fun birthday music, and an adorable robot presentation. It was such a thoughtful touch that brought a huge smile to his face and made the celebration even more memorable. Thank you, Paige, for your kindness, professionalism, and amazing service. You truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. We can’t wait to come back

  Honestly the food was not as great as we remember. We haven’t been in about 2 years and decided that we would head on over for dinner. The linguine chicken tetrazzini sauce tasted like garlic water. BUT the service by Wiktoria was absolutely AMAZING. She got our drinks right away, took our orders promptly, kept our table full of fresh bread and checked on how we were doing multiple times through our dinner. When we told her about being disappointed with the taste of meal she was extremely apologetic (which was not on her at all). Our 3 kids even said she was one of the BEST SERVERS we have ever had and wish she worked at our normal spot to eat. A big shoutout to East Sides for hiring such a kind and attentive server. Thank you Wiktoria for the excellent service!!!

  Always a great experience at East Side Mario’s! But we always eat way too much bread and salad before our meals come lol! Just means we get to take our meal home for the next day!! We had such a wonderful server tonight, thank you Wiktona for being so kind and having the best smile! Service with a smile goes such a long way! We will be back!

  We had a great experience at East Side Mario’s on Harmony Road, and Michela made it even better! She was so friendly, attentive, and checked in on us throughout our meal without ever being overbearing. Our food came out quickly, everything was accurate, and she made us feel genuinely welcome. Her positive attitude and excellent service really stood out. Thanks, Michela, for making our visit such an enjoyable one—we’ll definitely be back!
