  Food was delicious. Service was great until the end when it came time to pay. The server was run off her feet. There should have been someone else on to relieve her when she got so busy. Area where we sat was extremely dark in the middle of the day so that took away from the experience a bit. Also the server and the menu should state the shape of the gluten free pasta. I ordered gluten free fettucini but they brought out some weird shape pasta.

  Came around 7pm, not so buddy for a table of two. Had the buffs bombers as appetizer with the salad, both were great taste! Our server Amy was very kind and helpful with our service. The dessert trio was great, and so was the funnel cake!

  I visit your restaurant regularly . I usually sit at the bar but cannot understand why you do not have a designated person working the bar . Everytime I am there , I have to wait 20 minutes after my first drink to order another drink . It seems no one is ever around and I have to look for someone to serve me .

  Amy was the absolute best server I have ever had. Because of Amy, I can say with confidence this was the best restaurant experience I have ever had. She brought out a robot for my son to get his food and was so attentive and kind. As for the restaurant, I’d say this was the best food I’ve had and the price was way worth every penny it was not expensive at all. I’m from New York, and I WILL be driving the 4 hours to return here very soon! Thank you Amy! Me and Rafael are extremely appreciative of you!

  Oshawa is a halfway meeting point for a few of us in our family. Our usual meeting place is this location of East Side Mario's on Gibb. The food is always great and the restaurant is clean (especially the bathrooms)!! BUT this visit was phenomenal all because of our server Amy! She was attentive and as quick as possible with how busy she was with all of her customers. Very friendly and was very knowledgeable on the menu and when one at our table was having a hard time deciding what to order she was patient and very kind to him. We will be back for our next family meet up. Thank you Amy for such a great experience!
