  East Side Mario's has always been a favourite place because of the food. Always excellent taste and the All You Can Eat is filling for hours. Today, the best part was the excellent service. Amy was an incredible part of our experience. She was already busy serving several tables but she kept coming back to see what else we needed. As a table of 6 that was eating at different paces, we needed a lot. Thank you Amy for being friendly, funny, and an excellent host for our visit. We will be back!

  Our waitress Alexis ,was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, personable, and genuinely attentive to our needs throughout our visit. She made us feel welcomed and well taken care of, and her friendly attitude really made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service—we truly appreciated it!

  The waitress was extremely nice, a respectful lady with a great positive energy approached our table, suggested the best deals based on our budget and finally gave my son a free dessert. The food was fresh and delicious and all three of us were quite hungry and left the restaurant full and satisfied. We will definitely be back...👍👍👍👍

  East Side Mario’s in Oshawa consistently delivers an outstanding dining experience, but what truly sets this location apart is the exceptional customer service. The entire team is incredibly soft-spoken, warm, and welcoming from the moment you step through the door. The food was phenomenal. We started with the garlic spinach dip, which was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. For our main, we tried the Blasphemic Pizza—it was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Their soups are always something special, offering that classic comfort-food warmth with every bowl. A special shoutout goes to the manager, Jaspreet, who is always soft-spoken, attentive, and personally ensures that every single customer is taken care of. We were served by Zivan, and his incredible energy and attentiveness truly made our day! If you are looking for great food paired with genuine, top-tier hospitality, this East Side Mario’s location is a must-visit. We will definitely be back!

  Went to pick up food a few days ago and had a terrible experience. We stood in the takeout area for 30 minutes before anyone helped us. When we finally got our bill, we asked to split it, and the employee said she could. My meal was $11 and my friend’s was $13, but she tried to charge us $26 each. We had already done the math, so we corrected the total on the machine. She became visibly annoyed and frustrated, then went over to another worker and whispered about us right in front of us. This was extremely unprofessional.
