Always great service, great food and fair prices. Our family’s favourite restaurant. Amy is always friendly and frequently checks to ensure everything is perfect. We’ll keep coming back again and again.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent for our large group of 18 people.
They even split the bills for couples instead of insisting on one large bill.
I found just one downside: There were not a lot of options for healthy meals.
Kelly was amazing, so friendly and very warm. She checked on us constantly and made sure we were all good! Amazing service and food was so good! I love the classic sausage and penne pasta! Will be coming back soon!

I come here for lunch occasionally and honestly they have the best service I’ve had in a restaurant in years. Super quick, very attentive, delicious meals! Whoever is running the place is doing a wonderful job!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at East Side Mario’s. This was a takeout order, and I stood at the front waiting for approximately 15 minutes just to place my order. Several staff members saw me, including employees in the kitchen area, but not a single person acknowledged my presence. No one said they would be with me shortly, no one explained that they were busy, and no one even made eye contact. I felt completely ignored.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time. My husband has experienced the same issue and has had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to place an order.
On a previous visit, my order was also incomplete. After arriving home, I discovered that the soup I had paid for was missing, forcing me to drive back to the restaurant to collect it.
Mistakes happen, but repeatedly making customers feel invisible is unacceptable. Being busy is understandable, but acknowledging a customer takes only a few seconds. The lack of communication, attention, and basic customer service has left a very negative impression
