Worst customer service I have ever seen, was waiting for 45 mins to get a person to help me buying Rayban Meta glasses no one cared, When approached a guy he said someone will come and this dude just didn’t care and went back on his phone. Joshua needs to either quit if he doesn’t like his job or actually care and help customers
I really avoid writing employees names but this experience was insane.
When no one helped for the glasses I found one playstation headset on sale and then again same story had to wait 30 mins and there was no customers in the store.
Joshua comes and charges me and then doesn’t care to give a bag with it.
Shame!

I went in to look at accessories for my phone on June 4th @ around 1750 hrs. I was there for about 10 minutes and was not approached by any sales person. There were 4 of them there, two were helping a couple get a phone. There was one with a laptop looking at stock I assume.
The two with the couple were joined by a fourth employee. I assume since I wasn't looking for a phone I must have been a low priority customer. No one asked what I was looking for.
I left and went across the hall to the Bell store. I was taken care of right away. I purchased what I was looking for, probably more expensive, but I was taken care of.
I have been a loyal Bestbuy customer since they arrived in Durham. But now I'm not sure I will look for products at Bestbuy any more.
