  Horrible store manager, Milind Soni. He doesn’t know his own company’s policy when I question his ambiguous statements. Then he pretended to hide in the backroom for 20 minutes supposedly talking to someone and decided not to honour Best Buy’s policy AFTER showing me their online policy and me demonstrating that I am following them. He got extremely rude and disrespectful, started yelling at me when getting overwhelmed Infront of customers. I would’ve gave 0 stars if I could!

  Amazing service today. Went to a different best buy to get an Amazon fire stick which was on sale. They were sold out but was told by a staff member that Oshawa centre beat buy has some. Walked in and it was busy, the guy behind the counter was dealing with a few customers, I had to get him to unlock the stick from the shelf, and a staff member on his way out for the night got the keys and helped me cash out. In and out within 10 minutes. Didn't catch the guys name but it was around 4pm. Thank you so much man, saved me a ton of waiting time
