  MEHUL helped me to get a new phone plan with Bell. Extremely happy with the service provided by this gentleman. I was struggling with my previous Rogers wifi, so he also bundled up a new Home Wifi plan for me with Bell. He helped me thoroughly with all my queries. Very genuine....10/10 recommendation ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I got my phone from Tamim last week, he helped me out with the transfers and porting my number and everything. Amazing experience as always as I have got mother’s phone from him as well. Definitely recommended.

  Worker Mehul is committing unethical sales fraud at this location. I was there to shop for items for my home, and I had worker Mehul assist me and asked me about my cell provider. I told him I have a cell service plan with Bell. He then opens up the computer and see's that I am overpaying for my Bell bill for my cell phone and home internet. He then tells me he is going to transfer my number to Bell's prepaid service Lucky and then after couple of months he will bring me back to Bell. For my home internet he will swap the internet under my partner's name to get new customer offer and giftcard. I told him this is not right, but Mehul told me this is the way he is helping all his Bell customers save money from their Bell bill at the store. He uses very pushy sales tactic, and I had a very bad feeling from the start. Upon hearing this, I stalled the deal with them told him I will think about it. I went afterwards to the Bell Oshawa Center store right across the hall and told them about such activities. They told me right away that isn't allowed and he is committing sales fraud. The nice workers at Bell gave me the number to Loyalty department in order to reduce the bill as thats the correct way. The guys at Bell Oshawa were also very baffled this is what worker Mehul is doing at the Best Buy Express Oshawa Center location! I talked to Loyalty Department and they reduced my bill for Cell Phone and Internet! Wanted to share the experience, please stay very far away from these second party Bell locations!
