  Recently purchased a washer and dryer from the store and then the washer went on sale right after my purchase I also had to arrange recycling of my old set. Went to customer service for help with price match and set up of delivery and take away, after several employees tried to help me Sadie stepped up and took care of everything great customer service. This location is lucky to have her as she stood out amongst the crew and I look forward to shopping here in the future.

  ‘Help’ in this store implies reading the specs off a box and guessing. Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for product guidance or any experience based advise.

  Went in with my teenage brother and my one year-old to get my brother a new phone and we had the help of Edward, who was absolutely amazing! My little one does not like to sit still, and he gave her plenty to play with an interacted to help keep her busy and was so patient with all of us! Just because of the service, I would come back again without hesitation!! 10/10 Customer service on Edwards part!!

  We are Bitdefender users and ours will be expiring soon. We went to the Best Buy website and found a great deal until May 28. We also decided to drop by the store. Unfortunately, we didn't see it on display. When you are at the store you can ask any staff for assistance. They are all willing to help like Ross. In addition, our information exchanges with Kerigan helped us decide that we buy what was on display. We discussed about the pros and cons. For us, it matters to exchange views from experts in the field. Thanks kerigan. BTW, we are getting more benefit from the new version of Bitdefender at a lesser price than the one offered online.

  Received tremendous service today from Sadie and Tytan. Came in to start looking for a new TV and would have left had it not been for them. When visiting a couple of months back they had lots of stock and TV's on display. Stock was plentiful in the aisles. Seems they are getting 2026 models soon and have a depleted stock. Many display models had a sign on them saying last one and I will not buy an open box item. Sorry, new only. Sadie and Tytan answered our many questions and found a 2025 Sony model which had stock in other sizes other than the 43 inch on display. It is now set up and looking great. Thanks Sadie and Tytan.
