  Had lunch at East Side’s in Orillia with my mans today and had a great experience. I ordered the Trio and everything was delicious. The food came out quickly, was fresh, and exceeded expectations. Our server, Montana, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Great service and great food. We’ll definitely be back!

  lindsay surved me and my family and was fantastic, she uplifted the vibe and put a smile on all our faces. However we had the General manager hope give us our dinner and was horribly rude, she gave my grandmother her plate with vegetables on it she didn’t order and told her it’s the same thing. My grandmother had many allergies and we are very lucky there was nothing she was allergic to on that plate.

  Seating for 25 - a hungry ball team players and parents. A phone call to make sure they could take us and within 10 mins we were seated and Delaney set to running drink and gathering lunch orders with ease. Her team gave her the support she needed to tend to individual requests in the moment and settling bills was a breeze. I would recommend East Side Mario's Orillia and server Delaney and the staff and crew to take care of fueling your sports team, win or loose. Now, we are refuelled and ready for finals!!

  Seated quickly. Food tasted pretty good. Chicken was on the dry side, seemingly not freshly made. The staff was yelling a lot near the kitchen window and we kept overhearing what seemed like drama/arguments between staff. Our mains took a very long time to reach our table, the server said, "your food must've gotten lost". The server was kind, but seemed a bit overwhelmed. I don't blame them because there was a lot going on and they're relying on memory alone to place orders. I feel like the servers would benefit greatly from tablets or notepads when its busy. We will not be returning.

  Worst experience ever! Went to eat at 630 p.m. waited 1 hr and 20 minutes. To only receive a salad and a bread and our drinks. We had to leave because we had a concert to go to at 8. They offered to pack it up but they still needed 10 minutes. Needless to say we declined and left. We got charged for our drinks and got a coupon for 10 dollars. Never going back .do better guys. So dissappointing. This was the southend location BTW.
