The food was like any other East sides our server was ok. My major issue was the bathroom. This is NOT a very accessible bathroom, we had a really hard time getting the wheelchair in the bathroom all together let alone the stall it was a horrible experience for this person, 1 out of 2 sinks did not work my feet stuck to the floor and looked like some leak issues maybe on the floor in one of the stalls. We will 100% not be back. These bathrooms should definitely be updated so people with disabilities don't feel like such a burden. There's no way it was manageable by herself.
Do better
Shrimp scampi was beyond edible, tasted like a bowl of salt waitress was ok,when I sent dish back waitress asked if I wanted to talk to her management, I said why, management never came to table to talk to us , poor management and very salty food, never again will we eat there again

We were there August 2nd, 2026 for our anniversary. Not our first time, and definitely won't be our last! It has always been a great experience at East Side Mario's in Orillia. Our server this time was Lindsay. She was helping train a young woman (unfortunately I can't remember her name), but both of them did so well. They were friendly and helped make our experience enjoyable once again. Thanks! Definitely a favourite restaurant of ours!

I had the soup and salad, soup tasted wonderful salad was OK but didn't eat all of it and took the remaining salad home and it didn't taste very good by the time I finished it off at supper. Ended up throwing it out. The staff are wonderful. My Granddaughter ordered penne, it was really broken up. I wondered how the chef could've let it actually come out the kitchen like that, but she said it tasted good, she was hungry, so she ate it. No complaints.
