  We visited at 5pm on a Sunday with 3 young grandchildren and 7 adults. We ran into the end of the afternoon birthday party crowd. Our server was excellent and advised placing kids meals orders and appetizers immediately as the kitchen was busy. Food was out within 10 minutes, quite impressive. Service was attentive and by 6 pm the place had quietened down. Consistent food quality and good value

  Exceptional Family Dining! We had a wonderful dining experience at the East Side Mario's in Oakville, all thanks to our incredible server, Sienna. From the moment we sat down, her calm and friendly personality made us feel incredibly welcome and relaxed.Sienna went above and beyond by helping us navigate the menu and assisting with our food choices. Her recommendations were spot on, and my children absolutely loved their meals! It is rare to find a server who is so patient and attentive with families. She is truly a great addition to the team.The outstanding service made our night memorable, and we will definitely be back in the near future. Highly recommended!

  We had a wonderful dining experience at East Side Mario’s Oakville, largely thanks to our server, Sienna! She was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The service was fast, and Sienna had great recommendations for the menu. We will definitely be back and will ask for Sienna again.

  We had the pleasure of being served by Sienna during our daughter Evelyn’s birthday celebration at East Side Mario’s, and she made the experience truly special. From the moment we arrived, Sienna was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us celebrate. She was incredibly patient with our large family, made sure everyone’s orders were correct, kept drinks refilled, and checked in regularly without ever being intrusive. What stood out most was her positive attitude and warm personality. She helped create a fun and welcoming atmosphere that made Evelyn feel special on her birthday. Even during a busy service, Sienna remained professional, cheerful, and focused on providing outstanding customer service. Our family left with full stomachs and wonderful memories, and Sienna played a big part in that. East Side Mario’s is fortunate to have such a dedicated and caring team member.
