We selected this hotel and golf event venue based on its strong reputation and recommendations. Unfortunately, our experience with the sales and event booking process was extremely disappointing.
Communication was poor from the outset. Multiple emails and phone calls went unanswered, and when responses were eventually received, they were significantly delayed. The lack of timely communication made it very difficult to plan our event and secure suitable dates.
By the time the venue finally responded with availability, the dates that would have worked for our group were no longer an option, forcing us to look elsewhere. For a business that promotes itself as an event destination, responsiveness and customer service should be a priority.
While the property itself may have a good reputation, our experience with the booking process fell far below expectations. We hope management reviews its communication practices to ensure future clients receive the level of service they expect when planning an event.

Odd mixture of Family Friendly and Drunken Golfers. The middle area is fantastic for families! Arcade, Pool, Hot Tub, Putting Green, Big Toy, and small bar area for adults to order. Just act like you have some class if you're a grown man in a golf group sitting in an obvious kid's area. Was pleasantly surprised to see them testing the water multiple times daily. They are great about setting out clean towels. Pool area bartender woman, Sandra I think, was super polite and cool. The rooms were fine. Good blackout curtains. Fridge needs updating. Barely cold and no little freezer section. Parking is free and available but fills up quick. Walk next door to drug store, outlet store, and grocery store for anything you need. Except beer. Gotta walk or drive for beer.

If you have kids, this is fanatastic hotel. Pool, 2 hot tubs, playland, indoor putting, aracade room.
Have to be 21+ to book a room. So kids are all supervised by an adult.
Irish Bar located within. Can take drinks, food etc to your room.
Highly recommend this hotel
Disappointing stay – Zero housekeeping -Not a safe or welcoming environment for families.
We chose this hotel because it features a nice pool and great playgrounds for children, but unfortunately, the overall environment and poor service ruined our family stay.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk check-in experience was incredibly cold and unwelcoming. This lack of hospitality continued at breakfast, where the staff were consistently unfriendly.
We requested room cleaning, they refilled soap, toilet paper and towels, but the beds were left unmade and the carpets were covered in crumbs. It looked like no one even entered.
The biggest issue, however, was safety. Despite having great kids' amenities, the property—both inside and outside—was consistently full of intoxicated men. It created an environment where my children felt unsafe, which completely defeated the purpose of booking a family-friendly hotel.
To top it off, on our last morning, we asked for our breakfast to-go. They packed it with a single, tiny cup of coffee. When we asked for a second cup, the staff refused and told us we would have to pay extra. Their explanation was that "it is more expensive to eat in the restaurant, which is why refills are only free if you sit down." Charging a departing guest for a basic refill after a disappointing stay felt incredibly petty and rigid.
We will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to other families.
