  I came in trying to place an order for a couple of items and the staff member was very unhelpful. She hid her name tag from me and refused to give me her name for this complaint she has fair skin and straight long hair, I also believe that her name starts with the latter M. If you aren’t allowed to give your name why are you wearing a name tag? That makes no sense unless you are doing something you shouldn’t be doing. Horrible person and horrible service, I’ve been to this location before and had a completely different experience with a different staff member, hence the 2 star rating it would’ve been one if it wasn’t for him. He was very helpful polite and bubbly. Best Buy do something and correct this behavior because people like her will cause you to lose business. I now don’t want to purchase these products from you and will be taking my business elsewhere
