  Fantastic restaurant! We came as a group of 12, 6 kids and 6 adults. The service was amazing, constantly refilling drinks, and the food came piping hot! Their garlic loaf is a staple, the loaves were gone and replenished in minutes. I got the hells kitchen chicken and it was perfectly cooked and so moist. Very pleasantly surprised! It's a chain restaurant, but the service is very much on par with a high-end bougie restaurant. Everything was amazing! Highly recommend!

  We normally don't come to East Sides but our group was slightly larger than normal and it was a Wednesday so we gave it a shot. We weren't disappointed. The food was hot and flavourful but the real star of the show was our server Madison! She was attentive, funny, considerate. We watched her manage multiple tables all while keeping pace with our "Just one more thing" table. Excellent work Madison!

  Went to huntclub east side marios with a bunch of my family. Six of us during buy one take one home night, and Dave was our server. Had a wongerful experience, the food was quick and the service was fantastic. Dave was beyond incredible and will definitely will be returning.

  Our 12-year old was incepted by ads on YouTube and asked for chicken parm from East Side Mario’s. We had not been to the chain in over a decade and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity. The chicken parm came as a massive double cutlet portion, fresh and crispy, with a side of spaghetti. We also ordered the meatball sandwich, also tasty. Madison was a great server and stayed very attentive to our table through the whole visit. Will not wait another decade before coming back :)

  Rachel was our server. As we sat outside, and were one of the only tables occupied outside, we expected that we may not see her as often as if we were seated inside. Well, it was the opposite. She was always around and attentive to our needs. She was so friendly and polite. She took our orders (table of four) and got them all right, including the numerous soups and salads we ordered. She explained the 'take one home' promo and policy perfectly. On top of that, our meals were served hot, spicy, and saucy, just as we requested. She was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. Well done Rachel and team.
