  Osman was absolutely phenomenal, he helped me get a brand new phone and a amazing internet plan. From start to finish he was professional and kind and had my best interest at heart. Will be back again just to purchase from him!

  While the service was friendly enough once we were attended, we had been standing waiting to be acknowledged for about 10 minutes and without so much as a look in our direction. There was even a gentleman who had walked in later than we did who got acknowledged and asked if he needed help l. At this point I had to speak up to politely say we had arrived first. Please consider that in the future, even if you are "under staffed" (as the employee offered as an excuse as to why we had been ignored for so long...), the minimum standard of good customer service is to at least greet and let the waiting customer know that they will be serviced as soon as possible.

  I received such excellent service at this Best Buy! Sami let me know about a great deal available with Bell and was incredibly patient while explaining everything and helping me complete the entire process. He helped me switch from Lucky Mobile, where I was paying $35 for 50GB, to a Bell plan for $30 for 100 GB. He truly went above and beyond, and even gave me a gift card afterward! I had a amazing experience here and will definitely be back. Thank you, Sami!
