  JP has been a huge help to me! I had gone into the store for an Xbox controller and we were chatting. The convo turned to phone plans and he was able to hook me up with a great deal for a new phone and plan! He even gave me a couple gift cards for Best Buy which was amazing! A million stars if I could! I had my old phone and plan for over a decade and needed a change badly. I'm so grateful to him for walking me through everything. He really went above and beyond to help me out. All the workers were so very kind but JP made sure I was taken care of and understood everything. I'm very happy with my new phone, plan, and controller.

  Today I went to Best Buy in Bayshore shopping center asking for help with my TV remote control. We have so much problems with charging TV stations and sound system my husband and I are constantly getting into arguments about it, JP listened and understood my problem and was able to help me. I couldn’t be happier. Great job JP. Thank you so much.

  Customer service is very good, Sami have been very helpful with me especially with helping me and suggesting me a good internet service especially when its my first time getting internet. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful and answered a lot of my questions.
