In addition, when I decided to purchase another Lenovo laptop that was advertised on sale, I was told it was out of stock and could not be ordered. When I asked why it was still being displayed, I did not get a clear answer. It gives the impression that customers are being directed toward products that are not actually on sale.

I purchased earphones from Best Buy, but I found the quality to be unsatisfactory. Two days later, I attempted to return them, only to be told that the product was non-returnable due to being a hygiene item. I asked why the cashier did not inform me of this policy at the time of purchase. They responded that they shouldn’t have to inform customers because everyone is aware. I believe their staff is poorly trained; they do not seem to understand their responsibilities and tasks. Some cashiers appear to think their only job is to scan products and process payments, showing little concern for customers or explaining policies like return restrictions on certain items. They seem to be just passing the time. Overall, the customer service was terrible!!
