3 weeks waiting. Cant figure out where a package is between Nova Scotia and New Brunswick... they handed it off to loomis Express a 1 star shipping company.. neither of the 2 know how to properly communicate.

I was stressed and anxious about receiving my second package. I thought “2 packages - 2 waybill numbers”. I decided to drive to the depot and expected to be told I had already received my package (May 22).
I met Erum . She was friendly, polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to meet her and speak with her. She is a “shining light” for DHL👍

We had an amazing experience at DHL thanks to Erum. We were extremely stressed trying to get our packages before Eid, and she went above and beyond to help us. She spent so much time searching for our packages, stayed patient and kind the entire time, and never made us feel rushed. Because of her dedication and effort, we were able to get everything in time for Eid. Customer service like this is so rare, and we truly appreciated how caring and determined she was to help us. I had an incredibly frustrating week trying to get my shipment cleared by customs. But yesterday at Mount Hope location, I met Shelley at the front office who helped me tremendously. She took the time to explain the entire process clearly and helped me get my shipment cleared, resolving a week of running around in just one visit.
