As a high-handicap golfer, it can be intimidating trying clubs, but Todd at Golf Town made the experience easy and enjoyable. He was patient, gave me space to try different drivers, and helped me find the right fit. I came in expecting to buy a newer, more expensive driver, but thanks to his recommendation, I ended up with a SIM2 Max that I hit better than anything else I tried. The week before, Casper gave me the same relaxed, no-pressure experience while helping with irons. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and a great place to get fitted without feeling pressured into a purchase.
Britney was fantastic, thank you for the help in selecting the right driver for my husband. As always we have had nothing but exceptional service from the entire team at the Heartland golf town.

Grace was amazing in helping me pick out a new pair of golf shoes. Got some great information and purchased a pair that they actually had in my size (13 is hard to find). Just played with them and they were even more comfortable on the course than in the store. Thanks Grace!

Showed full women’s RH sets available online. Tried to buy online and store cancelled order as they apparently didn’t have it in stock. Went into this location with my father today. They did not have any full sets of RH women’s clubs that were going for the May 2026 promotion prices online that claimed to be and was confirmed by staff to be in stock. They couldn’t find it again. In fact, there was barely any full sets specifically for women, in a sea of golf clubs in a massive store called Golf Town… just sayin’. That in itself was understandable to a degree.
We came in specifically to purchase clubs for me today and made our intentions clear. The staff member’s attitude towards my father who was asking only basic questions about women’s clubs on my behalf to get his “expertise” was met with, “idk just look at the price, try them”. This is not helpful, and showed he wasn’t paying attention while the store was basically empty. It came across arrogant; my father was only asking basic questions about women’s clubs on my behalf while I stood next to him and was ignored or mostly not addressed directly, yet the one who would be demoing and using the clubs.
The staff member’s solution when they did not have any women’s RH sets to demo, was to recommend to my father (still not talking directly to me, the one using the clubs) to demo left-handed clubs… How does that help him or me?
I’ve come here in the past over the years and had really great experiences, it’s a shame. The service from the young male staff member and lack of online and in-store variety and stock for women’s clubs was disappointing. I don’t understand it. There were so many opportunities to sell me clubs. My father ended up buying me a satisfactory set that turned out to be the display clubs as they were the only ones at all. My Dad basically sold the clubs to himself; the indifferent and slightly arrogant young male staffer was obviously not on commission or interested. Fortunately, my gracious father is a very generous and nice man who still chose to make a purchase to simply end the golf club hunt, I on the other hand was ready to walk away…
Disappointing experience. It’s one thing to drop the ball on inventory online AND in store but your staff should listen properly and respect your customers please.
